Business Development Manager, Essential Oils

POSITION SUMMARY

This incumbent shall develop the essential oils business, through both direct to end-users and also through export channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the Essential Oils and its related products business on a global basis.
  • Seeking out clients in the assigned regions, mainly Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, and other assigned countries.
  • Accurately forecasting future sales & forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in marketplace, both national & international scale.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.
  • Foreseeing & avoiding stagnation in the marketplace.
  • Forming sales strategies to be competitive & innovative.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a pioneering and entrepreneur spirit as well as leadership capabilities.
  • Min 5 years experience in the marketing and promotion of spice oils/spice oleoresin or processed food ingredients and related industries.
  • Possess leadership skills, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Extensive sales contact in current field or related field.
  • Willing to travel overseas.
